Has flat base adapter on it as was used on vinten osprey previosuly

comes with pan bars

come with 4x mounting bolts

We tested the head and below was results

• Pan / tilt brake hold are ok
• Tilt and pan drag has some adjustment still ok (is not like when was new but is some drag adjustment ok)
• no leaks 
• good overall working order based on above as long as you dont need to many drag settings
• comes with top wedge plate also
