BEHRINGER AUTOCOM PRO XL COMPRESSOR/LIMITER MDX 1600 New upgraded model. The two channel Autocom Pro incorporates an interactive AUTO processor with intelligent programme detection via high precision VCAs. Attack and Release times can be set manually or automatically.
In AUTO mode Attack and Release times are derived from the respective programme material. Common adjustment errors can therefore be prevented. This allows engineers to compress the signal heavily and musically without any audible pumping or breathing.
An Interactive Knee Adaption circuit combines the `hard knee` compressor approach with `soft knee` characteristics. Even the most extreme compression ratios or compressed classical music, still sound natural and transparent. Sidechain inputs are provided for special effects and for overcoming such problems as de essing. Channels may be linked for stereo operation. Balanced/unbalanced inputs and outputs on quarter inch jacks. 1U high.
